By accessing or using Nichifying ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid plan users.
Nichifying is a YouTube niche research platform that provides access to a database of indexed YouTube channels, niche discovery tools, channel analytics, comment analysis powered by AI, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free plan: Provides limited access to the Service at no cost. Free plan limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
Pro plan: Provides full access to all features for a monthly subscription fee. Payment is processed manually — your Pro status is activated after payment is verified by our team.
Refunds: Pro plan payments are non-refundable once activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days for a review.
Cancellation: You may stop using the Service at any time. Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Nichifying uses the YouTube Data API to collect publicly available channel information. All channel data displayed is sourced from YouTube's public API and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership of any YouTube channel data. Channel statistics are periodically refreshed and may not reflect real-time data.
The Comment Analyzer feature uses AI to analyze publicly available YouTube comments. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
All content, features, and functionality of the Nichifying platform — including the interface, design, code, and branding — are owned by Nichifying and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or complete. Channel data, revenue estimates, and niche insights are approximations — not financial or business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nichifying shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
